If we make material changes to how we collect and use Personal Information from children under age 13, we will notify parents by email in order to obtain verifiable parental consent for the new uses of the child’s Personal Information.

Parents and legal guardians of children under 13 who are members of XOMGPOP have certain rights under COPPA, and XOMGPOP recognizes those rights. Parents/guardians can consent to collection and use of a child’s personally identifiable information without consenting to the disclosure of information to third parties.
Parents/guardians can review information their children under 13 have contributed to XOMGPOP, by accessing their child’s account via password reset. Parents can also request thatXOMGPOP delete that information and refuse to allow XOMGPOP to collect further information from their children by contacting us at [email protected]. XOMGPOP may ask additional questions or take other steps to verify the identity of parents/guardians before responding to a request to review or delete their child’s information, or a request to refuse further collection from children.
A child’s participation or access to an activity on XOMGPOP cannot be conditioned on him or her providing more information than is reasonably necessary for that activity, or any personally identifiable information. XOMGPOP does not collect personally identifiable information from children under 13, without a parent or guardian’s consent.
We will retain your information until such time as you request your identifiable information be deleted or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Right to Delete
You have the right to delete your account and personally identifiable information at any time in compliance with our data retention policy. You may do so by contacting us at [email protected]. For the protection of our users, we reserve the right to require additional verification from you in order to confirm the accountholder is the individual requesting deleted.
Right to a Copy of Your Information
You have the right to obtain a copy of the personally identifiable information we have collected from you and to learn with whom and for what purpose this information has been shared. You may request a copy of your personally identifiable information including information about how we have shared your personally identifiable information and for what purpose by emailing us at [email protected]. For the protection of our users, we reserve the right to require additional verification from you in order to confirm the accountholder is the individual requesting such data.
We reserve the right to charge an administration fee in relation to fulfilling a request for access to personal information which fee shall not exceed the maximum fee allowed by law.
By providing your email address in connection with an email request to XOMGPOP, you thereby demonstrate your consent to receive email communications from us. Email addresses, when provided, are only used for direct response, when necessary. Your email address is never sold or shared.
